I seriously hate workout plans I don’t want to stick to them at all because i would honestly like to just run everyday rather than sit on a bike. I am going to reevaluate things and figure it out from there
Well….. Today was rest day so I should have been watching what I was eating but nope.. oh well tomorrow is another day and it is 60 min of cross train!!! WOOOOO!!!!
Tomorrow I begin my Half-marathon training and I really think I can do this. I just need to continue to believe in myself and not fall off the wagon with my eating habits. Not sure what workout I am going to begin tomorrow since the plan I’m following doesn’t start till Tuesday but I’m sure I will find something worthwhile.
